Tradelynx is the property intelligence & operations platform for UK homes and property portfolios, with a verified-trades marketplace at its core. It gives homeowners and property owners a verified record of their property's history, health and compliance, the HomeLynx Passport, which can be claimed for any home with a UK postcode, and connects them with vetted local tradespeople where the marketplace runs. It is free for tradespeople, with no lead fees and no commission.
