Listing pack
With the seller's time-limited approval, a buyer-facing pack from their Passport: no seller identity, no money, no inventory, no private notes. Only the seller can approve it, and they can withdraw it.

What is a Property Health Score?+
A score out of 100 shown on the HomeLynx Passport, with the parts that make it up shown beside it: maintenance recency, breadth of verified work, compliance coverage, the EPC rating, recent inspection, inventory upkeep and how much of the record is verified. It gives you an evidence-backed talking point at valuation.
What is a listing pack?+
With the seller's approval, which is time-limited and can be withdrawn, you produce a buyer-facing pack from their HomeLynx Passport: the work recorded on the home, each entry with its evidence grade. It carries no seller identity, no money, no inventory and no private notes. Only the seller can approve it.
Do my sellers need to use Tradelynx contractors?+
No. HomeLynx records can include verified work from Tradelynx-network tradespeople and work the homeowner records themselves, each graded by its evidence. A property doesn't need a fully Tradelynx-sourced history to benefit.
How do I get a property onto HomeLynx?+
Homeowners claim their own HomeLynx. From your workspace you can generate a claim-invite link for a property and hand it to your seller; you see whether it has been claimed, and seeing their record still needs their consent.
