What happens after you write
Said plainly, because a support page that promises what it cannot keep is worse than one that promises nothing.
A person reads it. We do not publish a response time, because we would rather not quote one we cannot always meet. In practice most things are answered the same day or the next working day.
If you have written about your data, we will tell you what we are doing and when, because that one has deadlines in law rather than in our diary.
You do not need us to delete your account. You can do it yourself, in the app or on the web, and it takes effect immediately.
