Post a job on most platforms and it goes out to everyone at once. Four people ring you within the hour, three of them lose, and you spend an evening comparing quotes from strangers.
That model exists because it is good for the platform. Every one of those four paid for the lead.
What we do instead
A job is routed to one suitable trader at a time. No broadcast, no bidding war. If they cannot take it, it moves to the next.
It is slower by design. You get one person who has actually looked at the job rather than four who are racing each other to the phone.
What it costs to be first in the queue
Nothing, because you cannot pay for it. There is no paid priority on the platform. Position comes from suitability and track record, not from a budget.
This matters more than it sounds. The moment a platform sells priority, its recommendations stop being recommendations and become advertising with a helpful tone of voice. We would rather not have to explain which is which.
And what we earn
Today, nothing from the job. There are no lead fees, no commission on the work, and we never hold your money. Our published rate on completed jobs is currently zero.
That still puts us on the same side as both of you. A platform paid per lead makes money whether or not the job happens, which means it makes money from sending trades work they cannot win. Our model only works when jobs actually complete and traders keep choosing to stay.
