This week we shipped pages that show, for every town and trade we operate in, exactly what is happening: how many tradespeople are taking that work, how many requests came in over the last ninety days, and how many nobody could take.
Some of those numbers are zero. We publish them anyway.
The usual move is to hide thin coverage behind phrases like "high demand in your area". We think that insults the reader. If you are a plumber weighing up whether to join a platform, the honest picture is the useful one: an area with unmet requests and no competition is the strongest reason to sign up that exists, and an area that is already covered tells you where you would stand.
The numbers come from the same system that routes real jobs. Nothing on the page is an estimate, and nothing is written by hand, so what the page says and what the platform does cannot drift apart. When someone joins, the page changes. That is the deal.
