Until this month, the phrase "digital property logbook" did not appear anywhere on this website. Not once. We had built one, described it at length, and never used the two words a person types when they are looking for one.
That was not modesty. It was the side effect of naming the product first and the category second. HomeLynx is a coined word, and we optimised everything for it, which works beautifully once people know the word and not at all before.
So there is now a page that says it plainly: a digital property logbook, what one is, and what makes ours different. Writing it was slower than it sounds, because every sentence had to survive the same test as everything else we publish. What does the record actually hold? Not what we hope it will hold next year. It holds work history with evidence grades, the energy certificate pulled from the official register, gas and electrical records, installed items with the warranty the installer stated, and a maintenance calendar. That is the list on the page, because that is the list that is true.
The differentiator we can defend is simple. Most logbooks are folders the owner fills. Ours is filled by the work itself.
