A plain list of what landed in October that a tradesperson, a homeowner or an organisation can actually see and use. Internal work is left out on purpose.
For tradespeople
The work page now opens on a board: enquiries waiting on you, visits due in the next two days, and a short inbox of the three leads most worth your time. Accepting a lead opens it straight into its job. For Pro traders, Business insights now cover six months. The call history page lists the calls from your local line. Away until and a day off in the calendar stop offers for the period you choose, busy on a job pauses the phone line for two hours, and unavailable holds until the time you choose.
For homeowners
Eight Passport and inventory features went live at the start of October: the next-due list, due-again intervals, document end dates, phone reminders, room-by-room values, the cover check, value prompts and the spreadsheet export. Book this again sends a repeat job to the same tradesperson first. Work due in the same trade is offered to the booked tradesperson in the job's own thread, so it gets done on the same visit.
For everyone
Each part of the platform now has its own capabilities page, and there is a map at tradelynx.co.uk/how-tradelynx-fits-together showing how the pieces connect.
For organisations
Awaab's Law alerts route to the right person in a housing association. Tenants get a reference on every report. Material Information Part B can be drawn from the property record, and an agency's certificates feed it.
Everything above is live today. Nothing in this list is a promise.
