Some of what is true about your house is already on the public record. Energy certificates sit in a government register. Conservation areas and planning designations are published open data. Where a register is licensed for it, we check it and add what we find to your property's record, marked as register-confirmed, a distinct tier from anything anyone typed in.
Your Passport page now shows that work happening. A small card lists each official register we are able to check, and what it found for your property: two records added, or one, or the honest nothing.
The nothing matters more than it looks. A register that returned no record gets a specific sentence: no record found, and absence of a register record is not evidence that the work was not carried out. Most gas work never touches the registers we can lawfully read, and much household improvement needs no certificate at all. A blank that quietly implies "nothing was ever done here" would be a small lie, and small lies about property records are how trust dies.
The same discipline runs through the packs we generate for sales and lettings: every register queried is listed with the date we asked and what came back, so the reader can see not just what we know, but where we looked.
