Property ownership verification is not available
Tradelynx does not verify who owns a property against HM Land Registry today. A HomeLynx Passport records the work done to a home, its certificates and the facts the public registers hold about it; tenure and rights are shown as “to confirm” with the official lookup linked, never as fact. A title check is a separate, licensed lookup with its own fee, and Tradelynx does not perform it. This page exists so the phrase resolves to an honest answer.

What it unlocks
- Homeowners. A “Verified owner” badge on your HomeLynx Passport, sourced directly from the Land Registry title.
- Estate agents. Bulk title-register lookups against a portfolio CSV.
- Lenders. Periodic change monitoring across the secured-against book.
- Insurers. Renewal-time enrichment that confirms proprietorship hasn't silently shifted.
