This page will become the live feature the moment governance and commercial sign-up land.

What it unlocks
- Homeowners. A “Verified owner” badge on your HomeLynx Passport, sourced directly from the Land Registry title.
- Estate agents. Bulk title-register lookups against a portfolio CSV.
- Lenders. Periodic change monitoring across the secured-against book.
- Insurers. Renewal-time enrichment that confirms proprietorship hasn't silently shifted.
