Most ways of sharing a document are a one-way door. You email the PDF and it is out there. The HomeLynx Passport was built so that sharing is a decision you can reverse.
Each entry has its own switch
Every entry in your work history has a share switch. You decide what goes into a copy, item by item. The copy itself says how many entries it carries and how many you withheld, so the person reading it knows it is a selection and not a pretence at the whole record.
The copy is dated and verifiable
What you issue is a dated copy. The entries in it carry their timestamps and evidence grades, so a buyer's solicitor or a lender can see what was recorded, when, and what evidenced it.
Codes expire on their own
A share code is single use and expires after seven days. Whoever opens it gets a one-hour viewing session. If you change your mind, you can withdraw a share before anyone uses it.
You can see who looked
Every read of your record by a professional organisation is written to an access log. An estate agent, an insurer, a lender: if they opened it, there is a line saying so.
Nobody pays for it
Homeowners never pay for the Passport or for packs made from it. Where an organisation wants the evidence, the organisation with the budget pays.
A record you can share is only worth having if you can also take it back. This one, you can. What a share link must never allow is in an earlier note.
