HomeLynx Passport

A digital property logbook for your home, built from the work actually done to it.

What is the HomeLynx Passport?

The HomeLynx Passport is Tradelynx's digital property logbook for UK homes. It records maintenance and improvement work as it happens, graded by how it was evidenced, alongside certificates and the property's official register data. The owner controls what is shared and with whom, and a dated, verifiable copy can be issued to a buyer, agent or lender.

Every job, recorded

When a verified tradesperson completes work through Tradelynx, the job is recorded against the property and the homeowner confirms it. That entry carries an evidence grade that says how it was substantiated. Work done before you joined, or off the platform, can be added by you and is labelled as your own record. The difference is always visible.

Certificates and register data, in one place

The property’s Energy Performance Certificate is pulled from the official register and marked register-confirmed. Gas safety and electrical inspection records sit alongside it, with a calendar of what is due next. Installed items keep the warranty the installer stated, so the record can tell you when a boiler’s cover ends without anyone hunting for the paperwork.

Yours, and shared on your terms

You own the Passport. Each entry has a share switch, and a shared copy states how many entries it carries and how many you withheld. A dated, verifiable copy can be issued to a buyer, an estate agent, a conveyancer or a lender, and every third-party access is recorded.

Where it is available

Claiming a Passport is live for homes on the South Coast of England, where Tradelynx operates its verified marketplace. Elsewhere, you can join the waitlist and your Passport is ready the day your area opens. The Passport is free for homeowners.
