Leads are free. No subscription. No commission on your jobs — card payment processing is passed through at cost, and there are no per-lead charges and no minimums. Getting started costs nothing while we open Portsmouth, Southampton, and Bournemouth.

Every job builds your portable record

Every job you complete becomes part of the property's HomeLynx with your name on it. You build a verified track record that follows you, not the platform. New customers can see you've done the work before, not just that you say you have.

Designed for trust, not bureaucracy

Submit your credentials once. A Tradelynx admin verifies you against the official register (Gas Safe, NICEIC, ELECSA, NAPIT, OFTEC, WaterSafe, FMB, NFRC, TrustMark). Take work as soon as you're verified — no re-uploading, no quarterly renewals on the platform side.
