Free for traders. 2% on completion.

Leads are free. No subscription. A flat 2% of the job value when the customer pays you — no minimum, no per-lead charges. Early-trader rewards can waive the completion fee for an introductory period while we open Portsmouth, Southampton, and Bournemouth.

2 · Reputation

Every job builds your portable record

Every job you complete becomes part of the property's HomeLynx with your name on it. You build a verified track record that follows you, not the platform. New customers can see you've done the work before, not just that you say you have.

3 · Verification

Designed for trust, not bureaucracy

Submit your credentials once. A Tradelynx admin verifies you against the official register (Gas Safe, NICEIC, ELECSA, NAPIT, OFTEC, WaterSafe, FMB, NFRC, TrustMark). Take work as soon as you're verified — no re-uploading, no quarterly renewals on the platform side.
