How LabourLynx works

LabourLynx introduces workers to traders who need additional hands on site. Tradelynx is not your employer.

The trader who engages you is responsible for confirming your eligibility for the work — including your right to work in the UK, your age, any role-specific qualifications, insurance, and any other legal requirement. They are also responsible for arranging payment and handling any employment or tax obligations.
