What Tradelynx does for councils that manage their own homes

For councils with their own housing stock: every statutory duty for every home, resident hazard reports on the Awaab's Law clock, Tenant Satisfaction Measures from your own records, and the evidence behind each one. It is a landlord's workspace for the homes you manage, not a regulator's tool.

What does Tradelynx do for a council that manages its own homes?

A council with its own housing stock gets every statutory duty per home resolved by the compliance engine, resident damp, mould and emergency reports on the Awaab's Law clock, Tenant Satisfaction Measures built from its own records, contractor dispatch and scorecards, and evidence exports. It is a landlord's workspace, not a regulator's.

2. What it costs

Workspace pricing is agreed per organisation and published when live; the priced lines below charge only when priced, activated and above their data threshold.

Every price on this page is resolved from the one pricing source at the moment the page is served; a line charges only when it is priced, activated and above its data threshold, and until then it says so.

3. Where the data comes from

4. What it does not do

Questions councils ask

Is this for our licensing or enforcement work?

No. It is a workspace for the homes a council manages as landlord. There is no licensing register, no enforcement case and no view of privately rented homes.

Does Awaab's Law apply to council homes here?

Yes. A resident's damp, mould or emergency report opens a hazard case on the same clock a housing association uses, with the next deadline shown on each case. It is an operational aid, not legal advice.

Can we bring our existing stock in?

Yes. Import your homes from a CSV file or pasted text, and the compliance engine resolves every statutory duty for each one with its due date.

What does it cost?

Workspace pricing is agreed per organisation. The separately priced lines charge only when they are priced, switched on and above their data threshold.
